I discovered this top during a trip to Target and still can’t believe it’s under $30! If there’s one fashion trend you need to pay attention to this season it’s all about the sleeves. From ruffles to bells, bows, and balloons, statement sleeves are a must-have for spring. The top is available in both white and black.

Outfit: Cold Shoulder Top with Sachin + Babi Lace Skirt
I put together this last minute look for the Premios Belleza Glamour luncheon hosted by Glamour Mexico at the East Hotel. It’s funny how sometimes the best outfits happen without much planning. After being so heavily focused on finishing our house, I had forgotten I would be attending this event and had no time to go out and find an outfit. I last wore this Sachin + Babi lace skirt to my cousin’s spring 2016 wedding, and it’s been sitting in my closet since. The top was a boutique find from last year, but this one is nearly identical. I finished the look with my go-to heels, a Louis Vuitton bag, and a bright red lip courtesy of Urban Decay’s Vice Liquid Lipstick in “Tilt”.
